Women to get free travel in RSRTC Buses on International Women Day
Jaipur. On the occasion of International Women's Day, 08 March 2023, all girls and women in the state can avail the free travel service in all RSRTC's buses. Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has given his consent to this proposal.
As per the proposal, Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation's all ordinary and express buses will provide free travel throughout the state to all girls and women. It is estimated that around 8.50 lakh girls and women will avail this free transport service also government will bear the cost of around 7.50 crore rupees to provide this free service.
